The singer is recovering from hip surgery, which forced her to cancel her remaining Born This Way Ball world tour dates, and has reportedly found something to help pass the time.
According to UK's The Sun, Gaga spent over $52,000 (£40,000) on a large fish tank and 27 koi carp that were shipped from Japan directly to her house.
So what prompted Gaga to purchase the fish? A source tells the paper the idea came to her in a dream.
"Gaga said she'd had a dream about the fish so she had her team source some koi and set up a massive tank," the source explains. "The whole exercise cost over £40,000, which is a lot to most people but small change to her."
While Gaga recovers with her 27 new fish, the singer assured fans that she's doing well and remains positive for the future despite her hip surgery.
"I'm alive, I'm living my dream, and this is just a bump in the road," she wrote in a recent letter to fans.
