Back in January, Michael Buble and his wife Luisana Lopilato announced they were expecting, and today the Grammy winner revealed the baby's gender to Page Six.
"We are so excited," Buble said. "We have just come from the hospital, and the sonogram was pretty clear, it's a boy! We are thrilled."
The singer's wife believes the fact that the newly elected Pope Francis I is from her native country, Argentina, is good luck.
"She said, 'It is a sign!'" Buble recalled. "But there's no way we are going to call him Frank, even if it did work well for Frank Sinatra."
This will be the couple's first child together.
"I've said to Luisana a million times I'd love to have kids," Buble told US Weekly. "But I always say to her when you're ready -- when you feel like you've lived and you've partied and done all the things you want to do. When you've worked your butt off, then tell me."
The baby news is just part of Buble's exciting week. Wednesday (March 13) he released a new track! The singer's upcoming album, To Be Loved, will be hit shelves April 23.
