The Daily Star reports that the 19-year-old singer is planning to invite British girl group, the Saturdays, on the upcoming U.S. leg of his tour.
A source says Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, and music producer Dallas Austin scooted the band during a recent secret set.
"They were so impressed that Scooter immediately called Justin to tell him he'd found the 'perfect' act to open for him at venues in the U.S. when he returns from the European leg of his Believe tour," the insider reports.
The Saturdays, which includes Una Healy, 31, Mollie King, 25, Frankie Sandford, 24, Rochelle Humes, 23, and Vanessa White, 23, have an E! reality show, "Chasing the Saturdays." The group has a strong following in Europe and have even scored multiple Top Ten hits in the U.K.
Their popularity overseas could be beneficial to Bieber, who recently got bad press after showing up late to a London concert.
"Justin might have upset a few of his British fans recently by turning up late for one gig, walking off stage midway through another and attacking a photographer," the source says. "But if he takes the Saturdays on board, he's going to make a lot of fans over there very happy indeed."
Another benefit to the singer teaming up with the girls? A possible collaboration!
The source says a song isn't out of the question, adding, "If that happens, [The Saturdays] are guaranteed a No. 1 hit in the U.S."
