"I started wearing the waistcoat because I was insecure about my weight. I could hide behind them slightly." -- Marcus Mumford

Mumford & Sons frontman Marcus Mumford opened up about the logic behind his easily recognizable style. Now that you mention it, the "I Will Wait" singer's signature waistcoat was conspicuously absent at the 2013 Grammy Awards, where the band took home the Album of the Year award. Maybe Mumford is feeling more confident these days -- and with good reason!

as crude as mr johnny is, i have to agree with him. Its just not that hard to get out there and burn a few hundred cals a day at the gym. Its all about habits. If you get past first couple of weeks, you got yerself a habit that can save your life. Be a man - or be gay - or be a gay man - or get some Ben gay whatever you are you'll enjoy it more if you work out.

You DESPERATELY need to go and take your medication there buddy, which you've obviously skipped for a day or two. And by the way... for someone who's SO disgusted with queers, you sure went into alot of detail about what people are sticking down your throat.

It's another victory for the Feminists. Their scheme to make the metrosexual look in claims another male victim. I'm a big guy, and I'm proud of it. As long as you're healthy by your doctor's standards (preferably your doctor does not live in California), don't go crazy trying to lose weight.
