taylor swift 22 music videoVEVO

Taylor Swift depicts her quintessential girls night in the video for her latest tune, "22." There's boy band dance moves in the backyard, laying out by the pool and eating cake straight from the platter. Taylor and her gal pals, who include "Gossip Girl" actress Jessica Szohr, hit the Southern California coast at sunset, before donning a feline-inspired dress and jewelry for a disco dance party.

"It was shot last month in Malibu and I've never had this much fun shooting a video, because my friends in the video are actually my real life best friends," Taylor told "Good Morning America" when she premiered the clip this morning.

Drake, 'YOLO' Controversy: Rapper Wants Macy's, Walgreens to Pay Him for Use of Acronym

"You only live once." You've probably heard that phrase a million times, right? But when was the first time you heard its acronym, "YOLO"? Was it in a song, on a T-shirt, or on a reality show?

Drake is staking claim to the term, "YOLO," citing its use in his 2011 song, "The Motto," which is a bonus track on the Canadian rapper's Take Care album. "Now she want a photo, you already know, though / You only live once: that's the motto n-----, YOLO," he sings in the tune.

Drake is angry that companies including Macy's and Walgreens have emblazoned "YOLO" on merchandise including hats and T-shirts, and he has taken to social networks to demand royalties. "Walgreens...you gotta either chill or cut the cheque," he posted underneath a photo of YOLO baseball caps inside one of the chain's stores. That was followed by a photo of a T-shirt with "YOLO IS MY MOTTO" accompanying famous cartoon characters Charlie Brown and Snoopy, with the "Headlines" hitmaker commenting, "Macy's...same goes for you."

Britney Spears Restraining Order Lawsuit Exposed as Hoax

Britney Spears restraining orderEvan Agostini, AP

It turns out Christopher Federline isn't out to hurt his ex-sister-in-law after all. The SmokingGun.com reveals that legal papers filed against Britney Spears in Federline's name were actually the work of Jonathan Lee Riches, a conman who was recently released from jail.

The forged papers stated that Christopher Federline was the "true father" of the pop star's oldest son, Sean Preston, whom she and Christopher's brother, Kevin Federline welcomed seven years ago. The plaintiff also asked for a restraining order against Spears, alleging that she had stolen his credit card and then blackmailed and harassed him.

The Federline family has now reportedly launched a private investigation into the matter, to find out how Riches obtained confidential information about Kevin and how he was able to so accurately forge Christopher's signature.

Taylor Swift, 'Red' Paints Pop-Laden Picture of Love Life

taylor swift interview red albumMatt Sayles, Invision/AP

"We're happy, free, confused and lonely in the best way. It's miserable and magical," Taylor Swift sings in "22," a song on her brand-new album, Red. Those lyrics illuminate the rollercoaster ride that is this 22-year-old superstar's life, while also reflecting the myriad of emotions conveyed on the 16-song project.

But while the same can be said for Taylor's three previous studio albums -- all of which serve as the musical diary of her love life -- Red blurs genre lines more than she's ever dared before. The album's catchy first single, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," was her first-ever No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and teams the once-labeled 'country' star with pop heavyweights Max Martin and Shellback, known for their work with Katy Perry, Britney Spears and Avril Lavigne, among a long list of other pop phenomenons. Other tracks stray from the bubblegum into more rock territory, including the anthemic opening track "State of Grace," the daringly defiant "Treacherous" and whimsical ballad, "The Last Time" featuring Snow Patrol's Gary Lightbody.

Jamie Lynn Spears Song About Britney Proves Actress' Country Chops (VIDEO)

Jamie Lynn Spears is following in big sister Britney's musical footsteps, but with a very different sound. The former "Zoey 101" actress moved to Nashville back in 2009 to pursue a country career that is now starting to gain momentum. A showcase in Music City last week introduced the 21-year-old as not only an angelic-voiced singer but also an introspective songwriter.

One of the tunes that stood out on the Louisiana native's set list was "I Look Up to You," a song she introduced by saying, "You can imagine who I wrote it about." And it's pretty easy to imagine, given the lyrics that were no doubt inspired by Britney's very public mental breakdown a few years ago:

"Scared little girl / Living in a big old world / You've outgrown your room / It all happened way too soon / They took away your innocence / We forgot our strong defense."
