Adam Lambert: Album Release Date Finally Announced

Credit: RCA

Spring brings brighter days and the mark of a new beginning. And for Adam Lambert, that means the release of his second studio album, 'Trespassing,' which hits stores March 20. A teaser of the 'American Idol' alum's latest single, 'Better Than I Know Myself,' is popping up across the web and it looks like Glambert fans will have something to keep them warm this winter after its official release on Dec. 20.

Heavy synths and high-vocals prevail in the 27-second snippet of the Dr. Luke and Claude Kelly-produced tune. The Glaminator was eager to work with Dr. Luke again after the success of his 2009 debut album 'For Your Entertainment' -- but the hit-making roster doesn't end there.

Collaborations on 'Trespassing' include Pharrell Williams, Bruno Mars, Nikka Costa and star producer Nile Rogers, the creative genius behind Madonna's 'Like A Virgin' and David Bowie's 'Let's Dance.'

Rihanna lent her pipes to Coldplay's 'The Princess of China,' a new song from the band's fifth studio album, 'Mylo Xyloto,' set for release Oct. 24.

The tune is a definite departure from Coldplay's whimsical sound, replacing guitars with a synthesized melody and includes an R&B groove throughout.

The band's frontman Chris Martin admitted he was shy about asking the Bajan beauty to join him on the track, but after seven Grammys and six Brit Awards, he decided to take the chance.

As reported by The BoomBox, bikini-clad babes rule the world in Timbaland's new island-themed video for 'Pass at Me,' featuring Pitbull and David Guetta.

Pitbull opens the song, manning a yacht set sail for a deserted paradise filled with bootylicious dancers. Apparently, that much booty makes Timbaland crazed and the video climaxes with a rave-like dance party led by DJ David Guetta.

The video is rife with product placement including ads for beer, cars and a new book by fashion photographer Rapahael Mazzucco titled, 'Culo [A--] by Mazzucco.'

Mazzuco partnered with Interscope Chairman Jimmy Iovine to release the book and, naturally, Timbaland's rump-themed dance track was selected for cross-promotion.

Comeback kid Demi Lovato is currently streaming 'All Night Long' featuring Missy Elliott and Timbaland via her website and according to Timbaland, fans are "gonna want to click that link while it lasts!"

'All Night Long' is the second track to drop from Lovato's third studio album, 'Unbroken,' set for release Sept. 20. The song is this fall's perfect party anthem with beats supplied by hip-hop's famed producer and Elliott's Grammy award-winning rhymes.

The track differs greatly from Lovato's emotional power ballad 'Skyscraper,' showcasing the sillier side of teenage life. "It's about staying up all night long and singing it to the boy that you like, and it's flirty and fun and it's not too grown-up, but it's grown-up enough," Lovato said in an interview with MTV.
