From monkey business to drugs, Justin Bieber's Believe world tour keeps stirring up international trouble.

TMZ has spoken with a representative from the Stockholm Police Department in Sweden, who report that around 7PM on April 24, an officer smelled marijuana coming from Bieber's tour bus. Allegedly, when the bus left the Grand Hotel and headed toward the Globe Arena, a warrant was issued to search the vehicle.

During a Google+ chat with will.i.am, Miley admitted her upcoming record has taken priority over everything -- including her relationships! "All I do is focus on my music," she said. "The only place I ever am is at the studio. I mean it's literally like my friends, my relationships with everyone around me have honestly changed since I've been working on my record because it's the only thing that I've wanted to give 120 percent to. Earlier this week, Justin debuted new ink of a koi carp fish on his left arm, but yesterday, fans noticed a new addition to the singer's arm -- an image of a cleavage-baring female with long, dark hair, wearing angel wings. As Perez Hilton reported, the tattoo bared a striking resemblance to Selena when she appeared on a "Elle" magazine cover.
