These days, Demi Lovato's wrists are covered in big, bold ink lettering that spells out the message, "Stay Strong." The tattoos were a symbolic addition to the pop star's collection of body art, marking her post-rehab road to recovery from issues including depression, eating disorders, and self-harm. The tattoos also double as a way to cover up Demi's scars from cutting her wrists at the height of her struggles.
