As reported by The BoomBox, Jennifer Lopez, 42, has given her dancer boyfriend Casper Smart, 25, a big promotion.

For Smart's 25th birthday back in April (the same month J.Lo's erstwhile husband Marc Anthony filed for divorce), Lopez bought the youngster a Dodge Ram truck, and now she's giving him a new job as choreographer for her upcoming 20-date tour with Enrique Iglesias and Wisin Y Yandel.

Lopez announced the move during a press conference about the tour, her first (in her mind, anyway), on Monday (April 30), revealing that her young beau would be composing her moves.

Months after announcing their separation, Marc Anthony filed for divorce from Jennifer Lopez earlier this month (April 9). As the divorce proceedings get underway, Perez Hilton reports that Marc's lawyers are looking to interrogate J.Lo's first husband Ojani Noa. This could get messy!

"Marc Anthony's lawyers are following up with allegations that Jennifer was seeing Ojani while married to Marc, before and after the twins were born," a Perez source reports. "Jennifer allegedly would go to Ojani's Hancock Park house and spend time with him, without Marc's knowledge," the insider said.

Lopez met Noa when he was working as a waiter at a Miami restaurant. The pair were very briefly married from 1997 to 1998.

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Marc Anthony has made his breakup from Jennifer Lopez official by filing for divorce months after the superstar couple announced their separation.

The Latin crooner filed his petition Monday in Los Angeles. He cited irreconcilable differences but did not put additional details of the split, including the date he and Lopez separated, in the filing.

The former couple announced they were ending their marriage in June after seven years. They have twin children together, and Anthony is seeking joint custody.

The pair have announced they'll perform together May 26 in Las Vegas as part of "Q'Viva! The Chosen Live," which will feature the top talent from their televised talent show. "It's a very unique, modern way, and sexy way, to package these traditional talents," he said in a phone interview Wednesday. "I'm really, really looking forward to the live show."

"Q'Viva! The Chosen," which airs on Univision and Fox, features the former couple as they travel across the globe to find the best Latin talent. Both Anthony and Lopez are executive producers of the show, along with "American Idol" creator Simon Fuller and the show's director, Jamie King.

Anthony, who is now dating model Shannon De Lima, apparently helped Lopez -- now seeing dancer Casper Smart -- as she took the stage in a blue leather dress. At one point in their press conference, he even tapped her hand.

The singer, actress and 'American Idol' judge also got a little touchy-feely, according to Us, tapping Anthony on the arm and gesturing toward him as they talked. Responding to a question regarding what it was like working with her soon-to-be-ex husband, JLo took the high road.

It seems that both Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are counting down the days until their divorce is final. The former couple, whose split started out amicably enough, have become embroiled in a nasty breakup battle surrounding the custody of their twins, Lopez's new, younger beau and their various shared business ventures.

Lopez's romantic life has been a particular bone of contention with Anthony, who reportedly does not approve of his ex-wife's choice in men. And today, new sources are coming forward with claims that Marc has begun questioning Jennifer's mental competency in the love department!
